"Paradise Love" a poem by Darrell Herbert

Poet and self described "Artivist" (Artist / Activist) Darrell Herbert writes a brilliant poem dedicated to his love (as well as "making love") for beautiful, powerful and strong women titled "Paradise Love".

"Paradise Love"

Lovely as a rose, if nobody knows, Lord knows
You know and I know where this thing will go
I'd rather fasten my seat belt and take it slow
I'll give you the beat, you take the flow
Before the morning, after the show
My love for you is known
Another one, there is no other one
Your love rises like the morning sun
Coming down, but I know that you'll always come
I can't imagine life, because you got the key to my sights
Holding a prayer, saying a prayer
No haters, no need for favors
You are my savior
Baby, you are my guide
You can ride, we won't die
No need to front because you are pushing it behind
In the bed, it's not easy to hear what I said
You can frame it, you can even say it
Putting my hand on your spot, started from the bottom, you put my love on top
And I watch you make it drop, baby
Yeah, you make it pop, baby
And you keep grinding on me
Yeah, you've been sliding on me
Can't miss what you've been finding on me
Are you done?
I know you want some
Going faster and faster, make it last, no disaster
Loving you good, just like you knew I would
Taking you down and reaching for the goods
Got you in the mood, it's whatever you want to do
